Construction project was a complete remodel on existing home. Exterior construction was a new roof, windows, doors, siding, painting, hardscape and complete landscaping. Interior construction was new meeting room, plan room, kitchen, bathroom and 1,000 gallon salt water reef.

Addition & Remodel Glendora, California

Construction project was a 1,000 SF attached guest casita addition with family room, full kitchen, bathroom and master suite and complete remodel on existing 2,300 SF home. Exterior construction was new roof, windows, doors, painting, palstering, hardscape and complete landscaping. Interior construction was remodeled kitchen, three bathrooms, new doors, casing, crown with cove lighting, repaint all of interior and new flooring. Total SF after completetion 3,300.

Addition & Remodel Glendora, California

Construction project was a 400 SF addition to kitchen and formal dining room and a complete remodel on existing 3,300 SF home. Exterior construction was a new tile roof, windows, doors, painting, plastering, pool remodel with new waterfall, hardscape and complete landscaping. Interior construction was remodeled kitchen, three bathrooms, new master suite, new doors, custom designed ceilings repaint all of interior and new flooring. Total SF after completetion 3,700.

Construction projection was a 500 SF new bedroom addition with full bath and remodel on existing 3,500 SF home. Exterior construction was new tile roof, windows, doors, painting, plastering, used brick court yard, hardscape and complete landscaping. Interior construction was remodeled kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room, crown molding, new doors, repaint all interior and new flooring. Total SF after completion 4,000

Remodel Huntington Harbour, California

Construction project was a complete remodel on existing home. Exterior construction was new tile roof, windows, doors, painting, plastering, courtyard, tile deck and landscaping. Interior construction was remodeled kitchen, two bathrooms, new doors, two bedrooms, master suite, repaint all of interior and new flooring. Total SF of home 2,7000.

Addition Glendora, California

Construction was a 1,000 SF detached garage and 400 SF pool casita and pool. The garage and pool casita were designed to match the existing 5,000 SF home. The garage was built on a 15' high retaining wall with four single car entry doors and two balconies overlooking the backyard. The pool casita has a wet bar with sitting area with fireplace, small kitchen, bathroom and pool equipment room. The pool is around 300 SF with spa and waterfall.
